The data obtained through this application form will be processed by Telecredit IFN S.A., headquartered in Bucharest, Romania (hereinafter referred to as “Telecredit”). The Controller will process your personal data in order to take action at your request — that is, to respond to your inquiries, including presenting you with individualized cooperation terms aimed at concluding a contract, and to carry out actions necessary to process your financing agreement request. Your data may also be used to assess your creditworthiness using publicly available sources (including through automated data processing).
Your data will further be processed for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending against potential legal claims that may arise in connection with our business activities and the provision of our services — this being in pursuit of our legitimate interest in securing receivables.

Providing your data is necessary for carrying out activities aimed at concluding a financing agreement. The Controller discloses (or communicates) your personal data to entities that support its operations and provide services, including those offering IT, ICT, and organizational assistance.
Recipients of your personal data may include other companies within the PragmaGO Group (which includes PragmaGO S.A., headquartered in Katowice, Poland, and PragmaGO.tech sp. z o.o., headquartered in Kraków, Poland), as well as entities subcontracted for tasks involving personal data processing in the areas of IT support (PragmaGO.tech sp. z o.o., Kraków, Poland) and legal services (Margarit, Florov & Asociații SCA).
Other recipients may include entities providing access to your information and identity verification tools (certSIGN), insurance services (Euler Hermes SA Brussels – Bucharest Branch), and providers of business activity tracking tools (Keysfin SRL).
Upon lawful request, the Controller also provides personal data to public authorities.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent to receive commercial information by e-mail at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal based on the consent previously given.
